Palliative Care - Information Session @ High Wycombe Library
In honour of Palliative Care Week, The City of Kalamunda libraries in collaboration with the Darling Range Seniors Hub, will be hosting two information sessions about 'Palliative Care.'
This community workshop will cover:
* What is palliative care?
* Who provides palliative care?
* Services and resources
* Compassionate communities
* Grief and loss
* The role of advance care planning in palliative care.
This event is free; however, bookings are kindly requested.
Complimentary light morning tea will be provided for guests.
