Monday 28/04/2025 7pm Intro Evening
- A night for all of us to mingle and explain how the solo challenge will work and how to get the best results
Saturday 24/05/2025 5am-545am Half Way Sweat
- Sweat session carefully planned to burn as many calories as we can! Then we will head to our local hotspot to enjoy a coffee together! Our Shout!
Sunday 22/06/2025 5am-7am End of Challenge Comp
- Fitness comp for all solo challengers to test your fitness and showcase all the hard work you've been putting in! (Beginner and Intermediate Levels)
