TPZ Holiday Acro Workshops
About
Thursday 17th & 24th AprilMiss Georgia and Miss Bree are running some acro workshops over the holidays to help you master some new tricks and skills.
The mats and air tracks will be set up and out for you to use.
Beginner 2.00pm - 3.00pm
- must be able to cartwheel on both legs and push up into a bendback independently from the ground.
Intermediate 3.00 - 4.15pm
- must be able to straight over and recover, bend back and recover, bend back kick over.
Advanced 4.30pm - 6.00pm
- must be able to do all of the intermediate tricks, plus tineski and handspring .
*if you unsure which class to register in, we will assist you and move into the appropriate timeslot if needed.
