On Thursday 1 May, we're rolling out the red carpet at …by Old Bridge for an indulgent evening of Champagne, caviar and conversation, with none other than Champagne Bollinger.
Hosted by Thibaut Jaubert, Business Manager of Champagne Bollinger for Asia Pacific, this event is a unique opportunity to try Bollinger’s best, including the La Grande Année from the 2015 vintage, a cuvée only made in the best of years, as well as the Bollinger PN series of Blanc de Noirs, which highlight the Maison's singular and innovative vision of its terroir and expertise.
Alongside the exceptional flight of five cuvées, guests will revel in their own individual 10g tin of ARS Italica Oscietra Caviar, served on ice with all the iconic trimmings and a take-home mother-of-pearl caviar spoon, plus freshly shucked oysters on arrival and a hearty chunk of 24-month aged comté to finish. Talk about the ultimate Champagne pairings.
This night is all about luxury, education and indulgence – a one-night-only showcase of what makes Bollinger one of the great Champagne houses of the world.
