Welcome to Hobart Tango Encuentro, October 31st - November 2nd 2025, a place for Argentine Tango aficionados to share their passion and dance together socially. Our aim is to bring together tango dancers from across Australia and beyond to enjoy social dancing in a friendly environment and to experience what Argentine Culture has to offer.

Our special guests and teachers for workshops, Maestros Karina and Fabian Conca (Sydney).
Always very popular and supportive of this event.

Join us for three days of Social Dancing at four Milongas.
Be inspired by our guest DJ's, Jamie Gifford, Fabian Conca, Shan Deng and Mark Stojani, playing a great selection of music from the Golden Age of Tango, that will keep you dancing all night long.

Immerse yourself in this Tango weekend and take the opportunity to meet new Tango friends and reconnect with others and at the same time enjoy to explore beautiful Hobart.
