Film screening to raise funds for the ongoing work of the Community Refugee Integration & Settlement Program (CRISP) in Warrnambool. The Star of the Sea Parish CRISP group are awaiting the arrival of a second household under this program. Limbo is a 2020 British tragi-comedy directed by Ben Sharrock. The film centres on four people seeking asylum who find themselves on a remote Scottish island taking cultural awareness classes, while awaiting the processing of their refugee claims. The film was named as an Official Selection of the 2020 Cannes Film Festival. The film received nominations, including at the Cairo International Film Festival, the British Independent Film Awards and the Bristish Academy Film Awards.
