At this year's Kelmscott Health and Wellness Expo, I will be running a mini workshop to wet your tastebuds on herb craft.The theme will be all about herbal teas, including which herbs you can use to support your overall wellbeing, where to source your herbs, and how to craft the perfect balanced tea. You will also learn about the medicinal benefits of the herbs, and how you can start growing your own medicinal herb garden. You will get hands on experience, creating your own artisan herbal tea blend with a selection of provided herbs.
You will also leave with some handouts to help you take the art of tea making home with you.
This session is capped at 10 people and is only $20.
Attendees will also receive a goody bag including special offers, and info.
