In this workshop, we will explore the various herbal medicines that can be created for your own home apothecary and first aid kit.This popular workshop covers some of the most well loved herbal products, including herbal teas, tinctures, infused oils, powders, poultices, and compresses. Zoe takes you step by step through the process, expanding on the benefits of particular herbs for the body, their active constituents, and energetics, and how homemade remedies can be used to treat common ailments including illness, fatigue, digestive issues, sleep disorders and more.
You will be given a comprehensive notebook of recipes and herbal information to take home, so you can begin your medicine making straight away. You will also take home your own herbal tea blends which you have the opportunity to create on the day. This workshop is capped at 10 ppl for an intimate environment. The location will be emailed out to you closer to the date.
