Three-Week Yoga Series: Gentle Yoga, Meditation & Relaxation.This three-week yoga series is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, combining gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this series offers a supportive environment to unwind, reconnect, and deepen your yoga practice.

Friday mornings 10.30am-11.30am
Three weeks *** NO CLASS 9th May*** one class per week in April.
Dates 16th, 23rd, 30th May at 10.30am.
*Please note- you are booking and paying for all three sessions.
BYO yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle.
