Foster & Kinship Carers Association NT, presented in partnership with Child Australia, invites foster and kinship carers in the Darwin region to attend this insightful professional development session.This session covers:
• Understanding key milestones in early childhood development (birth to five years)
• Exploring play-based learning theories, types, and stages
• Using play as a tool to observe and support a child’s growth
• Practical strategies for nurturing development through play
Whether you’re caring for toddlers or preschoolers, this training offers practical knowledge to help you feel more confident in responding to a child’s unique developmental journey.
Morning tea will be provided, please note your dietary requirements.
