About your teacher: Zoe Everest is a passionate Voice Coach and Musician who was burned out from the music industry and often in a state of fight or flight. She was blessed to have discovered Shaking Medicine by accident (or was it?) in 2020, and felt the life changing effects straight away.
This prompted her to do the teacher training (while pregnant) and combine this mechanism of involuntary tremoring with her voice work. Together the two are a super power for nervous system renewal.
