The Australia Day Council (Victoria) Inc warmly invites you to join us in commemorating a pivotal moment in our nation’s history — the departure of the First Fleet from Portsmouth on 13 May 1787.This special evening will be held at Shed 2, Polly Woodside, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday 13 May 2025. We are delighted to welcome Mr Roderick Best from the Fellowship of the First Fleet as our guest speaker, who will share reflections on the voyage that laid the foundations for modern Australia.
Canapés and drinks will be served throughout the evening.
