Piquancy: Silent Heroes film screening.City of Melbourne’s International Education team invites you to a special screening of Piquancy – a powerful and moving documentary celebrating the voices of international students, migrants, and multicultural communities in Melbourne.
Piquancy captures deeply personal stories of identity, cultural exchange, and belonging. Directed by Nandita Chakraborty, Victorian Multicultural Award winner for Excellence in Arts (2023), and co-produced by Niru Tripathi of CALD Community Voices, this film highlights the resilience and creativity of diverse individuals our city.
Following the screening, join us for a Q&A with the creative team and featured voices from the documentary.
There will be free delicious drinks and snacks provided by Dropout Chai Wala, and opportunities to meet the creative team and make connections.
