Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar opened its doors in the unassuming inner city suburb of Albion 2022. The vision leading to its existence was to create a French-inspired restaurant, offering an elevated yet relaxed dining experience that showcased some of South East Queensland's incredible local produce.The decor is intimate and homely, the mood secluded and comfortable. It is truly a culinary and community destination that has flown under the radar and who’s time has come.

The head Chef at Hervé’s is Marco. Originally from Spain, Marco honed his culinary expertise in some of the world’s most respected kitchens, including the renowned two-Michelin-starred Mugaritz.
