The New Israel Fund Australia is proud to be hosting in Australia veteran peace activist, hostage negotiator and researcher of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict and peace process, Dr Gershon Baskin, and Head of International, Israeli and Diplomatic relations (Fatah Shadow Leadership) and Chairman of the Jerusalem Development Fund, Samer Sinijlawi. Gershon and Samer will share their unique experiences conducting negotiations for the returned Gilad Shalit and fighting for peace between Israelis and Palestinians. They will present their respective visions for an end to the current, ongoing war and a revived 2 state solution.Date
