Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health

The Rotary Club of Eltham is holding it's annual Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health and this year invite everyone to join in on Sunday 18 May2025 to stroll along the Aquaduct Trail in Eltham at 9.30am. Bring your family, friends and even your dog . When finished have a coffee and continue the conversations. The trail is currently 4km in length between Allendale Rd, Eltham and Main Rd, Research and is an off-road trail suitable for cycling, walking and running.
The Lift the Lid Walk event is an initiative used to raise awareness on mental illness across Australia. It gives the local community an opportunity to come together and Lift the Lid on Mental Illness. The funds go providing research grants, fellowships and PhD scholarships focused on finding preventative and curative solutions for mental illness in young Australians. Funding focus has narrowed to the mental health of children aged 0-12.
Cost: $5 per person or $10 per family
