An Amateur Production by Arrangement with ORiGiN Theatrical, on behalf of Nick Hern Books.Our 2025 VCE Theatre Studies students from Clyde North campus will be presenting The Wardrobe by Sam Holcroft.
This play takes audiences on a journey through British history as we bear witness to the different young people who seek sanctuary in the same solid old wardrobe.
Each scene is set in a different time period from 1485 up to the present day. Though some of the characters appear to be linked, the one thing they do have in common is the wardrobe, a place they meet to have their private conversations and seek refuge.
It's may be the safest place they know – but is it safe enough?
