Please join the us for a very special lunch at The Pavvy prior to the fourth contesting of The Carmody Cup between University Blues and Old Xaverians.
The Carmody Cup is named in honour of the contribution the Carmody family have made to both clubs, and specifically in honour of Dan Carmody who passed away in 2021. Dan was school captain at Xavier College and attended Newman College where he played football for the Uni Blues. Dan’s father John also attended Xavier and Newman, played for both Blues and Xavs and is currently the Blues Chairman of Selectors.
We welcome all supporters, parents, past players and friends of the Uni Blues and Old Xavs to this lunch.
