Join Us for an Afternoon of Professional Development with Nicole Webster, Swimming Australia Coach Education and Support Manager.Nicole is the Swimming Australia Coach Education and Support Manager, and the Founder and Owner of Strategic Sporting Solutions. As well as her role in Swimming Australia, she also provides a range of professional services to enhance the power of sport, aquatics, leisure and recreation in communities and has worked for over 20 years in the Aquatics and Recreation Industry.
Sport enriches our lives, YET, comes with risk - high resourcing requirements, with often low budgets, making it tricky to keep up with the many legal and compliance obligations that come with operating a business.
She understands the context and complexities sports administrators often face. Her services are designed to help optimise the strategic direction and operational environments for businesses, clubs and programs in sport.
