Kick things off with a behind-the-scenes tour of The Old Apple Shed… where the magic happens! You'll get an in-depth look at each stage of the cider-making process — from apple to pour!
🍏 Cider Tasting & Pairing
After the tour, enjoy a specially curated half tasting paddle featuring a selection of our signature and seasonal ciders.
Perfectly matched with a delicious selection of cider-paired bite sized ‘canapés’! Expect bold, locally inspired bites featuring kangaroo, crocodile, native mint chicken, octopus, and our iconic cider donut — all featured on our Orchard Bistro menu and crafted using WA produce and ingredients from our own kitchen garden.
The experience begins with the tour, followed by the tasting and pairing session. Come thirsty!
