Graham was admitted as a solicitor in 2001, after having completed two years of articles of clerkship. I practised as a solicitor until he was called to the bar in 2012. Grham's practice has been almost entirely in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency. Graham has been listed in Doyle’s Guide as both leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Junior Counsel – Queensland (from 2015 to date) and leading Insolvency & Reconstruction Junior Counsel – Queensland (from 2016 to date).

Ben was called to the bar in 2021. Ben has a broad commercial and civil practice, and a particular interest in insolvency and bankruptcy matters, director and shareholder disputes under the Corporations Act, and complex commercial disputes. He regularly appears led and unled in the Supreme, District and Federal courts on behalf of companies, insolvency practitioners and high net worth individuals.
