RISE AND SHINE

RISE AND SHINE

hero
One ticket. A whole day you curate yourself.

We know that no two women are the same, so we've designed Orah 'Rise and Shine' to enable you to book into the talks that speak to you, the movement classes that appeal, and nothing you don't. The full program menu is below, and you'll have the option to select your sessions at checkout as you book, or not, it is totally up to you how you want to plan your day. Select either one 'Learn' or one 'Move' per time slot, entirely your call. The Kabbalah Tea Ceremony is capped at only 12 per sitting, so if you want it, select it when you book as it will sell out.

Learn. Sydney's leading women's health voices, live and unfiltered:
- MENOPAUSE - 'Menopause Out Loud' with leading expert and author Dr Ginni Mansberg. Lifting the lid on hot flushes, brain fog, rage, HRT and everything in between.
- NUTRITION - 'Midlife Metabolism - Why What Worked at 35 Stops Working at 50' with leading dietitian and nutritionist Arlene Normand. Plus muscle, metabolism, bone density, protein and the truth about GLP-1s.
- STRESS - 'Making Stress Your Superpower (and other brain hacks)' with senior lecturer and author Dr Sue Morris.
- SOUL WORK - 'Who's Holding You Up?' with Chanie Wolff. Join us for a real conversation about the load we carry as women and how to not get lost in it.
- SLEEP - 'Why You're Awake at 3am.' Insomnia, midlife and the science of actually sleeping again with Dr Amelia Scott, clinical psychologist and insomnia researcher.
- RELATIONSHIPS - 'Still Talking: Marriage, Family and Friendship in Midlife' with Renee Mill, clinical psychologist with 40 years in couples and family therapy.
- NERVOUS SYSTEM - 'The Breath Toolkit'. Regulate, Energise, Reset your nervous system with Lauren Wainer.

Move. Strengthen. Restore your body. Calm your mind:
Functional strength and therapeutic yoga with Dr Daniella Golberg, Restorative yoga with Nikki Obeid. Pilates with Balance Moves Bondi. Guided meditation with Gabi Stern. Sound meditation with Bess Wittingslow. And a Kabbalah Tea Ceremony with Belinda Gold.

Gather:
Between sessions: a seasonal brunch, artisan coffee and chai, and our silent auction (here) with over $30,000 in products, services and experiences generously donated by our community. This is our major fundraiser of the year, and auction details arrive with your ticket.

Connect:
A room full of women worth knowing. Come with friends, come alone and leave with new ones, or simply take a quiet moment for yourself. However you spend the morning, you're among women who get it.

You hold everyone else up. For one morning, let this day hold you. Book now!
