Birth and Beyond Class for Private Mums (Saturday)
A comprehensive class designed to allow first time parents to approach birth and parenthood more confidently. An interactive format including third trimester, vaginal labour, analgesia, breastfeeding, the postnatal period and taking baby home. Taught over two Saturdays, unfortunately we can not swap between sessions.
