Rookies Band Membership Application Form
We welcome musicians of all ages who can play and read two octaves of music. Members need to bring their own instrument. a concert grade music stand, and attend regular rehearsals at Mudgeeraba Uniting Church, Tuesdays 4:15 to 6 pm. To cover costs of insurance, rehearsal venue and to fund music purchases, we need our players to become financial members. Renewals are due on the 1st June. Cost $100/yr/pp. Interim rate available. Under 18's require a parent (Associate) to join (at no charge).
