Holotropic Breathwork sessions
Welcome to our Friday evening Breathwork (conscious connected breathing), which will typically be either Holotropic (towards the light) or Transformational (trauma release & intention setting). Occasionally it will be a restorative practice, with a down-regulation of the nervous system.
These sessions elsewhere typically cost $45 - $60 per session, however as part of the Centre's philosophy, We would like to introduce you to a concept called "Energy Philantropy" (EP), a way of exchange, a way to share value, a way to connect and both give and receive.
The current value of experience in business is via the value of money, which appears to be very transactional, a closed loop so to speak. EP allows the loop to stay open, to allow a flow of return in the offerings. EP doesn't mean it's free, what it does suggest, there is a freeness in choosing the value.
Payment = your Value.
