Holotropic Breathwork sessions
Welcome to our Friday evening Breathwork (conscious connected breathing), which will typically be either Holotropic (towards the light) or Transformational (trauma release & intention setting). Occasionally it will be a restorative practice, with a down-regulation of the nervous system.
These sessions elsewhere typically cost $45 - $60 per session, however as part of the Centre's philosophy, we offer these session via Energy Philanthropy which means gift from the heart - pay what feels right for you.
We continually invest our time and money to keep the centre running, so that we can support others in the community. Please do not confuse our offering via Energy Philanthropy, that we do not need financial resources - your offering helps us to pay less out of our own pockets to keep the centre running.
