[ Sleep and Settling Free Information Sessions]
Maternal and Child Health - City of Casey
The Victorian Government is making significant investments to provide additional support for Victorian families, through the 'More help for new Victorian mums and dads' initiative.
To support caregivers and parents, the department developed an evidence-informed sleep and settling model of care.
Sleep and settling
The sessions will cover a range of topics, including typical sleep patterns and behaviors, preventing sleep concerns, solutions and strategies for sleep issues, and the importance of self-care for parents and caregivers.
The free sessions are tailored to specific age groups:
- newborns to 3 months
- 4 to 12 months
- 18 months to toddlers.
Families can choose between online and in-person sessions, with various dates and times available throughout the year, including convenient Saturday sessions.
All family members are welcome to attend.

Online sessions are held on Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Saturdays.
Every child who attends a face-to-face session will receive a book
