This program is an introduction to teas from across Asia and their varied processing methods that differentiate teas from each other. We cover the 6 main categories of teas, Black, Green, Oolong, White, Yellow and Pu'er – helping students to identify and taste the differences. Whilst cupping and tasting teas from these unique corners of the globe we will go into some depth explaining their various properties and unique flavour profile.Location
