GPN - Micro bits and bots open to students in year 6 - 12!
Tech Inclusion brings you Girls Programming Network - a program that helps girls and gender-diverse students learn more about coding. GPN offers a safe learning environment where tech stars offer you support over the day. Come along and make friends, meet people who have similar interests, and learn to code.
Each school term, ECU's School of Science hosts GPN. The day is targeted at female and gender-diverse high school students in years 7-12 interested in learning how to program or improve their coding skills. A day where you learn both the theoretical and practical aspects of computer science. No coding experience is required as we will teach you, and by the end of the day, you will have made a small but satisfying program! FYI - each term is different, each workshop is different but what is the same is that we do this all in python! Join us for a fun day learning new things, playing games, and meeting new people!
