Woodend Winter Arts Festival 2023 launches with an explosion of colour in the hands of Joseph Tawadros; leading Oud virtuoso, composer and 6 time ARIA-award winner.Joseph has performed his own works with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, BBC Symphony, Melbourne, WA and Adelaide Symphony, Ukraine National Orchestra, Camerata Salzburg, Academy of Ancient Music and his Concerto for Oud & Orchestra with Sydney Symphony was performed and released by ABC Australia in 2019. For one day only Joseph performs a selection of his own works in Woodend in a celebratory launch of the 2023 Winter Arts Festival.

Woodend Winter Arts Festival 2023 dates are Friday 9th to Monday 12th June. Tickets go on-sale on from Tuesday 21 March.
