Make Bubble Tea with Nami Osaki. January School Holidays (SOLD OUT)
Do you know about the blue, butterfly, pea flower? They are the most amazing little flowers, and you can get a naturally bright, blue colour when you put them in water! Then, if you add some lemon juice into the blue water, the colour changes to a beautiful pinky purple!
We can make a blue/purple lemonade for this lovely drink and then add tapioca bubbles by using a fruit puree. We can also make blue mochi butterflies to SWIM in the bubble tea. All our participants get to take home their blue, butterfly, bubble tea and a bag of tapioca bubbles so they can make bubble tea again at home.
