2:00 - 4:00pm: 11+
Get into parkour a fun way, learning foundational skills and giving it a go! These classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate levels and for those who learn best through structured play. Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy parkour.

Parkour Focus - Masterclass - WEDNESDAYS
Jan 11 & 18
9:30 - 11:30am - 6-9yr
11:45 - 1:45pm - 10-12yr
2:00 - 4:00pm - Teens
For those kids/teens familiar with the foundations of parkour and ready to push their training to the next level. Classes include parkour drills, skill advancement and a training structure to learn how to take your training outside. Come to a masterclass and dedicate your time to nailing your parkour skills. Not for beginners.
With our amazing coaches Flynn & Cam.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
