Venue: Holy Trinity Church Hall, 141 Brookes St, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006.
Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Ordinary Days!
Please bring a printed copy or digital version of your ticket/s on the day. Upon arrival to the venue, you will be asked to show these to our ushers to gain entry to the venue.
If you have purchased a concession (student or pensioner), child, or MEAA industry rate ticket, then proof of your eligibility for that ticket must be presented to ushers upon entry. Concession tickets are only available to students and pensioners. Child tickets are only available for children 12 years and under. MEAA industry rate tickets are only available to MEAA members. An additional adult ticket price is offered that includes a $30 additional donation in-kind to New Worlds Stage to support its future productions and support of emerging professional Australian artists.
FOOD & DRINK IN VENUE
- Non-alcoholic drinks and food may be brought into the venue for personal consumption, however glass is strictly prohibited. Please use plastic, paper or similar receptacles to consume food and drink. Please ensure you take your rubbish with you and place it in the bins provided - let's keep Australia clean.
- While food and drink will not be offered for sale on the day by New Worlds Stage at the venue, we will have bottled water available for purchase at a reasonable cost, for your comfort, if required. You are welcome to please bring your own water.
PROGRAMS
- There is no cost to receive a program for Ordinary Days. These will be provided to you at the door of the venue, on arrival to it.
DONATIONS
- While we are a professional organisation, we are arts-based and still rely on important donations, partnerships and bequests from kind contributors in the private sector. COVID-19
By purchasing this ticket, you are agreeing to:
- Not attend the event if you are required to be in isolation.
- Not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Not attend if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, no matter how mild.
- Follow all New Worlds Stage and Holy Trinity Church Hall Covid Safe guidelines, which may change without notice from time to time.
- In the event of Government-mandated restrictions/lockdowns, this event may be cancelled or postponed. If the event is cancelled for this exact reason, then session (date) transfers and/or full refunds will be offered to all ticket holders, at the full discretion of New Worlds Stage.
In the event of a postponed or cancelled event (due to COVID-19 restrictions or mandates as above), ticket holders will be contacted individually to arrange refunds or transfers to new sessions.
- Ordinary Days may use strobe lighting and smoke effects.
- Ordinary Days is suitable for children.
Refunds
- New Worlds Stage processes all refund requests on a case by case basis. However, generally speaking we follow the Refund Policy set out by LPA (Live Performance Australia). Refunds are not given for a simple change of mind.
Accidental Booking Mistakes by Purchaser
- In the event that you have just booked tickets and have accidentally booked for the wrong number of tickets, wrong date or time, please contact us urgently on 1300 422 466. Where possible, we will happily transfer your booking within 24 hours (with no extra fee) to the correct, intended date and time. However, this is only possible if allocation of seating is available on the intended transfer date. In the event that availability is not sufficient, we will happily refund your tickets, or you may simply come on the date and time you have booked for.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
For your protection and ours, New Worlds Stage declares that it holds current Public Liability insurance with AON (insurer: XL Insurance Company SE, Australia Branch) with coverage of up to $20,000,000 for any one occurrence, in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.
