By purchasing a ticket from Auburn Frenchfest you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To sit on the same table, groups must book tickets on the same table. It will not be possible to change table seating after booking.
There are 4 x tables of 2, considered premium seating as they are the front of the stage for best viewing. Auburn Frenchfest reserve the right to move people to fill spaces on these and any tables.
Dietary Requirements: We will do our best to meet dietary requirements. Please indicate if the dietary requirement is a severe allergy.
Refunds and Exchanges: There are NO refunds or exchanges on any ticket except due to cancellation of the event by Auburn Frenchfest due to Covid-19 or for the unavailability of the performers or suppliers, or for any cause reasonably beyond the control of Auburn Frenchfest. Refunds will also be provided in the event that the ticketed event is cancelled by Auburn Frenchfest due to insufficient tickets sold. If there is another timeslot for that exact performance/event/workshop/service, and tickets are available ticket holders will be contacted about transferring to the other timeslot before a refund is processed. Auburn Frenchfest is not obligated to provide a substitute performance, event, workshop or service. Monies paid will be refunded automatically to the credit card used for purchase or by direct transfer to a nominated back account for other payment types (e.g. cash, direct deposit). Booking fees are not refundable.
Free Tickets: Maximum of 4 tickets may be secured for events with free tickets. If you book a free ticket(s), and are unable to attend please inform Auburn Frenchfest immediately at auburnfrenchfest@gmail.com so that the tickets can be cancelled and reallocated to other patrons.
Reissuing of Tickets: If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact Auburn Frenchfest at auburnfrenchfest@gmail.com to ask if the tickets can be reissued to another guest. This is at the full discretion of the Auburn Frenchfest committee. Full details of new guests are required if this request is accepted. If reissue of tickets is not possible, no refund will be provided.
For entry into the venue, you must present either a printed ticket or digital ticket.
Auburn Frenchfest in the unlikely event of Covid-19 or other such event occurs will follow all mandated restrictions imposed, and as such patrons should be aware that at short notice, the total number of people that can attend the event may change, seating allocations may be changed, and/or eating and drinking regulations may be changed (i.e. everyone needs to be seated).
Masks: In the event of Covid-19 restrictions, and in the interest of the safety of all patrons, you may be required to wear a mask. Refusal to do so, will result in denial of entry to the venue and event, and no refund of tickets will be provided.
Valid ID: You may be required to show photographic valid ID to verify identity and/or age. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, 18 years or older.
Unauthorised sale or use of Auburn Frenchfest Tickets: Tickets may not be re-sold or offered for resale, nor can they be sold at inflated or above the original ticket cost. Tickets cannot be used for any promotions or in packages unless permission is granted from Auburn Frenchfest.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
