ENTRY:
Please present your valid ticket for entry on the day.

REFUNDS:
All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded due to an inability to attend.

TICKET TRANSFERS:
If you cannot attend or no longer wish to use your ticket, you are welcome to give it to someone else. Tickets are fully transferable to friends, family or other parties.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Le Festival Français is an all weather event and will, in the case of inclement weather, continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so (in consultation with insurance requirements, and/or weather warnings and/or the National Trust who own the venue).
However if advised that it is no longer safe to do so, Le Festival Français will cease activity with limited warning. Tickets purchased on a day where the event is cancelled due to a major force, bad weather or other, will not be refunded.

PRESENTATION SESSIONS / MASTER CLASSES:
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your booked session. Late arrivals cannot be admitted out of respect for our presenters.

OUTSIDE FOOD / BEVERAGES
Food or beverages from external sources is not permitted on the premises. Any onsite liquor purchases will only be permitted by persons aged 18 and over, and Proof of Age ID provided on request.

CARRY BAGS:
Le Festival is committed to the environment and sustainability and encourages the reuse, reduction and recycling of all packaging. In line with these considerations please bring you own bags for purchases. Some eco-friendly options will be available for purchase.

FREE PARKING:
Enter via Queens Road (off Shannon Avenue) for Free Parking in the grounds of St Joseph's College.
