Terms and Conditions of Use of Ride Bands

• This is a public event. Parents are reminded that supervision of children is required at all times as with any public event. Children are the responsibility of their parents/carers or accompanying adult.

• The rides at the SGPS Great Fete will proceed in poor weather (e.g, rain, wind), but will be cancelled in the case of extreme weather (e.g, torrential rain, fierce winds).

• There will be no refund of pre-purchased ride bands.

• If you are the parent, guardian or other adult accompanying and in control of a person under the age of 18, participation in any of the rides or recreational activities available at the SGPS Great Fete is at your own risk.

• The event will be held within the bounds of the school oval. All other areas will be out of bounds.

• Please be considerate of our neighbours when parking, arriving and leaving the event. Do not park in the Knightsbridge Shopping Centre carpark.

• Photographs may be taken at the event for the purpose of social media and use in other school communications such as the newsletter. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the volunteers at the entry gate know before entering the school grounds.

FAQs

Q: Trybooking requires payment by Credit Card or Paypal. Is it possible to pay by cash?
A: Yes, you can pay by cash if you purchase the unlimited rides armband on the day of the event in-person. Unlimited rides armbands on the day of the event are $40.

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A: Check-in will be at the oval gate. You don't need to bring a printed copy of your ticket. We can scan you in using a copy of your ticket on your phone or otherwise by name as used in your booking. Wristbands will be issued at check-in.

Q: Can I purchase armbands at the event?
A: Yes, you may purchase your unlimited rides armbands on the day of the Great Fete. Armbands on the day of the event will be $40.
