Conditions of Entry:

It is a condition of entry to our event that your contact details are collected via our ticketing platform. By entering our event, you agree to abide by the relevant state guidelines in regards to Covid safety as current at the time. If you are displaying any symptoms of being unwell, please stay home or you may be refused entry or asked to leave. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at any time.

In the event of a government mandated lockdown, natural disaster, or unavoidable change that makes the show unviable, tickets will be cancelled.

The Cordial Factory is an inclusive venue regardless of gender, ethnicity, ability and sexual preference and we have a zero-tolerance of anti-social behaviour and automatic exclusion from the event applies.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
