Cancellation and Refund Policy -
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@shinjumatsuri.com.au, please reference your booking name and event name. If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, you must do so in writing. All refund requests are subject to confirmation by Shinju Matsuri Inc.
Refund Eligibility -
a. Cancellation Within 5 Working Days from the Event:
If your cancellation notice is received within 5 working days before the event, Shinju Matsuri Inc will consider providing a full or partial refund. Please be aware that certain event-related expenses, such as venue bookings, food, and beverage arrangements, may have been finalised and are nonrefundable to Shinju Matsuri Inc. This will be taken into account when processing your refund.
b. Cancellation Less Than 5 Working Days from the Event:
If you cancel your booking within less than 5 working days from the event date, no refunds will be granted. Please understand that within this 5 working day period, we are unable to consider work commitments or personal circumstances as valid reasons for refunds or event rescheduling.
Food Allergies -
Please communicate your dietary requirements and food allergies when making your booking via TryBooking, or with the event organiser via hello@shinjumatsuri.com.au. We will relay this information to the caterer on your behalf. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. We kindly request that you remind the wait staff of your specific dietary needs during the event. For further assistance or to discuss your dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
Seating Allocations -
For a preferred seating arrangement with fellow guests, we recommend booking your tickets together. In the event that you are unable to secure tickets together, please reach out to event organisers at least two weeks before the event date via hello@shinjumatsuri.com.au to convey your seating preferences. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
