- In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below, any attendee of the Event agrees to the terms and conditions outlined by our ticket agent TryBooking.
- All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The organiser does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances;
- You are responsible for having your tickets, as purchased through TryBooking available at the event. No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost or stolen tickets or for a failure on your part to present at the event. It is your responsibility to provide correct e-ticket information (email address) to allow adequate time for the delivery of tickets.
- All patrons attending events at Victoria Park must be fully vaccinated or have a medical exception. The QLD Government App will be able to be used to check this status on arrival to the venue. Victoria Park will continue to monitor this for all guests on arrival (via QR code).
- If you are 18 years or over, you will need to carry proof of your vaccination status and be prepared to show this on arrival to your event.
There are 3 different types of proof available that you can get for free:
• a COVID-19 digital certificate
• your immunisation history statement (IHS)
• an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate for overseas travel.
The COVID-19 vaccination certificate can be viewed or printed through:
• Medicare Online via MyGov
• Express Plus Medicare mobile app
• My Health Record
Exemption from COVID-19 vaccination:
The persons who are exempted from getting a COVID-19 vaccination include those who have medical contraindications. A person who cannot be vaccinated must show an evidence of contraindication. This is a medical certificate stating that a person is exempted from getting a COVID-19 vaccination. This can be downloaded from the Australian Immunisation Register.
•A legally qualified medical practitioner is required to complete the medical exemption form and record this on the Australian Immunisation Register.
• A person that has evidence of a medical contraindication will be treated as if they are fully vaccinated and may be permitted to enter and remain in business venues with eased restrictions for fully vaccinated people.
- In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket, a transaction fee per order and/or other supplementary fees which may apply to the Event. Those fees are not refundable.
- If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
- The Event will operate in accordance with the latest Queensland Government Guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under a Covid-Safe Plan which is a comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our Event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refuses to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlaying health condition) that is or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.
- The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
- Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.
- Please check Event details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these maybe subject to change.
- Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
