Cancellation Policy:

If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder prior to 7 days before the performance date a 100% refund will be issued (less booking fee).
If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder between 1 and 7 days before the performance date a 50% refund will be issued.
If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder within 24 hours of performance, no refund will be issued.

In the event that the Federal or State Government directs that the museum to close causing this event to be cancelled, Redland Museum will guarantee a full refund (less booking fee) for cancelled tickets.
