- All ticket holders are required a sign a liability waiver and wear appropriate footwear (hiking shoes or trainers) to be able to join the hike.
- All ticket holders will be emailed details of the meeting spot a couple of days before the hike and need to arrive on time to participate.
- Refunds are available up until 7 days before the hike, after that time you will need to gift/sell your ticket to a friend.
- Dogs are not permitted on Sound Medicine HIkes.
- In the case of wet weather or extreme heat - a decision will be made by the facilitator by 5pm the day before the hike as to cancel or postpone. This is due to safety reasons and your comfort. In the case of cancellation or if you can't make the new date, you will be fully refunded.
