In the event of unforeseen circumstances, acts of force majeure, breakdown of any facilities and/or equipment, supplies or services; services interruption or any other cause or event not reasonably within the control of Cloncurry Shire Council which may affect the event in whole or in part, no refunds or compensation will be applied as the online event is a free forum.
