Terms, Conditions and Cancellation
Edith Cowan University (ECU) and its employees, agents or contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by you, your child or children, in connection with the Program howsoever caused.
In the event of a medical emergency involving your child or children, you consent to ECU seeking all necessary medical assistance in response to that emergency. You agree to indemnify ECU against any costs ECU might incur in seeking such medical assistance.
Please choose your course carefully as full refunds may only be given if a course has been cancelled. In the case of illness, a partial refund may be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate within 7 days of the course end date. Refunds may incur an administration charge of 15% of the total course fee.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
