Through co-operation with Mordialloc College, unpowered camping is available for competitors and
family involved in the Australian Open Skiff Championships.
This facility is kindly provided by the School Council of Mordialloc College and all camping fees
collected will be donated to Mordialloc College. It is expected that all campers treat college property
with respect and abide by all the terms and conditions listed here. Any person not fully complying with
these terms and conditions will be asked to immediately leave college property.
Location: Mordialloc College, Station street Aspendale.
Availability
Camping places will be available from Sat 4th Jan through to the 12th of January 2025 and must be vacated and left in a clean & tidy condition by 4pm on the 12th
Cost
Individuals - $15.00 per person per night
Families - $40.00 per family per night
Payment must be made in full on-line.

Campers camp or visiting Mordialloc College as part of the 2025 Australian O’pen Skiff Championships
do so entirely at their own risk. Mordialloc sailing Club and Mordialloc College will not accept any
liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with, or prior to,
during, or after camping or visiting Mordialloc college grounds.
Camp Rules
These camping facilities have been provided to increase the level of convenience and enjoyment while
competing in the 2025 Australian O’pen Skiff Championships here at Mordialloc.
The camp rules set out below are aimed at ensuring the enjoyment of all campers, while creating the
least possible disruption to the school and local residents.
Any person not abiding by the rules set out below will be asked to immediately vacate the college
property.
1. Be respectful of other campers:
a. No noisy activities/parties, you are welcome to party at the club.
b. No generators
c. Quiet time will be from 10.00pm until 8.00am
d. Pets must be kept on a lead, never be left unattended, be cleaned up after. Noisy pets
should not be brought to this regatta
e. Loud and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated at any time
2. Be respectful of Mordialloc College property
a. All college grounds not allocated to camping are strictly out of bounds
b. The amenities block must remain locked when not in use. (The key will be kept in a
combination lock key safe)
c. Please keep the amenities block clean and tidy
d. Report any damage to the MSC camp resident or the OOD immediately it is noticed
e. Keep the camp area tidy and free of rubbish, place all rubbish in bins provided
f. Keep water usage to the required minimum
g. If you need to smoke, please do not throw cigarette buts onto the ground
3. Be safe
a. Do not leave any valuables unattended (refer to disclaimer of liability)
b. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult to toilets and showers.
c. Cars should only be driven at a SLOW walking pace
d. No persons other than those associated with the regatta may enter college grounds
e. Strictly no alcohol may be consumed on college grounds
f. Strictly NO fires or coal/wood fire BBQs are permitted
