1. The Booking/Processing/Other fees are non-refundable

2. Attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By entering this event site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes

3. Please be aware that by entering this area, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Indian Communities of Toowoomba, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Do not enter this area if you do not with to be subject to the foregoing.

4. This is a public community event and that Indian Communities of Toowoomba has no control over the audience photographing or filming performances/audience area (images, videos, any sort of media), and that Indian Communities of Toowoomba accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage or harm of any kind caused to me/us by an action or actions taken by any member of the public in using or publishing my/our images.

5. All attendees must comply with local laws and regulations during the event. We acknowledge that any alcohol, weapons, or offensive items discovered in our bags or luggage may be confiscated by the Indian Communities of Toowoomba and/or their delegates. The venue might have a bag check. Illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities resulting in immediate removal from the event.

6. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by our code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, violence, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event or refusal of entry without warning.

7. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all guarantees and conditions pertaining to your purchase of tickets and participation in the Event.

8. Where our liability cannot be excluded, such as with respect to the Australian Consumer Law's Consumer Guarantees or other legally prescribed terms, our liability for a breach of contract is limited to the face value of the ticket you purchased, less any applicable booking and delivery fees.

9. At any time prior to the Event, it might be necessary to alter the program's timing and content, the speakers, the date, or the location. In that case, you will receive notice from us and have the option to revoke your registration. We are neither responsible nor liable for any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your decision to cancel your registration on these grounds.

10. While we're working hard to make this a fantastic event, the event organizer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with this event, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. The event organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to this event, including without limitation the safety or security of the event venue or the products or services offered by any vendors at the event.

12. All participating food vendors are independent contractors and are solely liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to their food preparation, service, or operations at the event.

13. All attendees are encouraged to follow the health and safety guidelines in place, including any protocols from relevant health authorities.

14. Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, equipment, or property. All personal belongings should be kept secure; the organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

15. Your credit card information is never stored by us. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Trybooking.

16. The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

17. All attendees park their vehicles at their own risk and agree to waive any and all claims against the event organizers, employees, their affiliates, vendor partners, and agents for any incidents that may occur.
