Access details will be provided by email on Monday 30th September 2024. For registrations made after 30th September, access details will be provided within 24 hours of registration.  Access is provided for the registered individual/s only. Access details are unique to you and cannot be shared. Sharing access details will compromise your access to the platform and your registration will be cancelled. You will not be eligible for a refund.  Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and the cancellation policy will apply. In the event that access details are not received, attendees should first check any junk or spam folder. If details are not located, attendees should contact admin@illumelearning.com.au for assistance as soon as possible. Illume Learning takes no responsibility for emails not received due to address errors/typos or email delivery issues. On-demand access will be available until midnight AEST Thursday 31st October 2024. No extensions will be available. Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.  Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au  Cancellations received by 5pm AEST Friday 27th September 2024 will be entitled to a refund of the online event fee minus a $30 administration fee Cancellations received after 5pm AEST Friday 27th September 2024  will not be eligible for a refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
