- Ensure that this is a safe and nourishing for LGBTIQA+ people of faith, as well as their supporters and allies. As a condition of entry, we require all participants to help make this event a sanctuary for LGBTIQA+ people.

- No homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, conversion therapy, or any kind of bigoted and abusive language detrimental to LGBTIQA+ people will be tolerated.

- Our event is a safe space and antisocial behaviour, whether it be physical, verbal, or digital is grounds for instant expulsion and a lifetime ban at our events.

- As many of our religious as well as secular spaces remain unsafe places for LGBTIQA+ people of faith to speak freely, as part of the condition of entry, we ask that Chatham House Rules be observed.

- No photography, filming, or other recordings are allowed at this event, unless expressed written consent is obtained from the organisers.

- The organisers reserve the right to withdraw or extend invitation.
