Underage policy: The stage is located in the main bar area which is not licensed to have under 18s - unless they are performing. There are a few options for accompanied minors which will allow them to hear/see the gig: the space to left of stage with high bar stools, space at top of side alley near water cooler, the footpath seating area and the side alley fold down tables. Get in touch for more information. Refund policy: The buyer may cancel tickets up to 24hours ahead of the gig for whatever reason and receive a full refund. Within 24 hours of the gig - it is unlikely and the money will go to the artist. If the gig is cancelled by the venue, the artist or something beyond our control eg covid, then ticket holders will receive a full refund. Can I stay in my seat after the gig? Gigs generally finish 60-90mins prior to closing time so no need to rush off after the gig. The only exception to this is Saturday afternoon gig which runs from 3-6pm as the crew need to re-set the bar for the evening band+ crowd.
