Fairy Pig Conditions of Sale
All tickets sold for Fairy Pig events, including those purchased online, are sold subject to the following Conditions of Sale:

Fairy Pig (the Promoter) cannot exchange or refund a ticket following purchase for any reason including illness and there-by non-attendance at a performance.

Should any performances be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, all ticket purchases will be fully refunded.

Tickets are sold by TryBooking on behalf of the Promoter who are responsible for providing the service or event. The Promoter is responsible for the content of all promotional materials related to the event.

The right is reserved to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs.

The Promoter stipulates that late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. The venue management reserves the right of admission.

If a performance or event is cancelled for any cause reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter, no obligation is assumed by TryBooking for arranging of a substitute service, event, or performance.

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or be used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes (including trade promotions or competitions) without the prior consent of the Promoter. Any breach of these conditions will void the ticket.

Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and for admission to the venue.

Attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By attending this event you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Fairy Pig adheres to COVID Safe protocols at all events. You should not attend the venue if you have any cold or flu symptoms, are a close contact, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19. We encourage audience members to wear masks, sanitise and wash hands frequently, and maintain physical distancing as much as possible.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
