Cancellation policy: Bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours prior to the course. A 10% administration fee will be levied on all refunds.

Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the course will not be refunded. However a credit note will be issued for the value of the course, less a 20% fee for catering and administration. The credit note will be valid for use within six months of the date of issue.

Transfers to alternative courses may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the course. Transfers received less than 48 hours prior to a course will incur a 20% fee for catering and administration .
