Pick-Up Process 1. Authorised Pick-Up: Unless otherwise indicated, only the person who orders the wristbands can collect the wristbands. If you would like to arrange for someone else collect your wristbands, then include this information in your booking confirmation when purchasing. 2. Collection Locations: • Pre-Sale Tickets: Available for collection at the front reception on the 7-10 Campus of Frankston High School until 4pm Thursday 21 November. • On-Day Pick-Up: Go to the ticket box on the event day. Terms & Conditions for Pre-Sale Wristbands • Only the person who orders the wristbands can pick them up, unless otherwise stated in the booking. • If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically. • If the event is postponed, a refund can be requested. If no refund is requested, it is presumed that purchasers will use the wristband on the rescheduled date. • Presale commences 3:30pm Friday 8 November and concludes 10pm Thursday 21 November.
